What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 3,000 pcs per SKU. The exact MOQ is negotiable depending on product type and formulation, so share your target volume with our team before sampling.
How long do sampling and production take?
Samples take approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks after materials are received; timelines vary between initial orders and reorders.
Which markets are your products registered or certified for?
Europe (CPNP), China (NMPA), the United States (FDA facility registration and product listing under MoCRA), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAC), India (CDSCO), Malaysia (NPRA), Vietnam (DAV), Thailand (Thai FDA), Taiwan (TFDA) and Korea (KC). Where are your products manufactured, and under what standards?
In Korea, at facilities certified to ISO 22716 (CGMP). Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for environmental management.
